It’s important to note that we offer worldwide delivery for all our products. In some cases, items may be shipped separately. If you’ve received only one item, please review your list of tracking codes, as multiple codes may be associated with your order.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
- Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is the most basic and cost-effective option. It typically takes a longer time for delivery compared to other methods.

Flat rate or calculated based on weight and distance. - Express Shipping
Express shipping is for customers who want their orders delivered quickly. This method is faster than standard shipping.

We offer international delivery for all of our products.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For products shipped from US
Express Shipping: delivering within 2-3 business days.
Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days.
International Shipping: 10-30 business days.
For products from Armenia, we offer fast delivery within one day of placing the order.
Standard International Shipping: 14-21 business days.
Orders
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address and your Spam email folder.
Ask your local post office if they have your package If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office, get in touch with us at email with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Exchanges
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Return Policy
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email within a week after receiving your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you within a week after receiving your order.
You may return an item within 30-days of purchase. The item must include all tags attached and in New Condition.
Please send us an email at email with reason on why you would like to return or exchange.
Once we receive the return and it is in new condition, we will refund the product amount back on your credit card.
You will also get e-mail notifications once we issue a refund.
A refund will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only in the original form of payment.
